Jim Matheos did an outstanding job. He managed to get the asking price down 10000.00. He was very responsive within a reasonable time for everything that I reached out to him for. He would immediately reach out to the sellers agent and get back to me right away with the answer. He gave me all of the utility and hoa information in a document via email. That was a huge help. His negotiation skills were awesome. There was a plumbing issue and he had that taken care of immediately even after the seller said they weren't going to fix anything. Everything went really smooth and it closed in 2 weeks. I highly recommend Jim for any seller/buyer. Thank you very much Jim.

It was an absolute pleasure working with Jim. He is the most knowledgeable realtor that I've ever met and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. He is professional, readily available and responsive, and is extremely friendly in all of his encounters. He has an immense amount of knowledge about the local real estate market, in addition to all of the ins and outs of maintenance of a home. While most realtors will just show you a house, Jim walks through the entire home with you and shows his knowledge of repairs and explains what is up-to-date and what may need fixing. He helped me get the home that I wanted for a reasonable price. I am happy to say that I have gained a friend in Jim throughout the homebuying process and would not ever consider using any other realtor in the future.
